Art and cuisine merged at the launch of the new OMAMI variety - conceived and curated by Atelier Flora.

In Berlin-Kreuzberg, we celebrated the launch of the new chickpea tofu variety from OMAMI - and were able to organise the evening in a very special way with Atelier Flora: An edible sculpture became the centre of the experience, the menu a flavourful journey into new plant-based worlds.
