When Pavlova becomes a stage - an interplay of texture, flavour and design.

Delicate Pavlova sculptures were created for Soft Structures for a Wedding - edible compositions between dessert and art.
For Nina Wernicke’s event at the iconic Patrick Hellmann Schlosshotel, Atelier Flora created a series of pavlova sculptures — delicate, cloud-like forms of meringue, cream and fruit, transformed into ephemeral objects of art. The pieces blurred the line between edible and sculptural, softness and structure, modern femininity and historic opulence.
